Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the HypeDock panel. They are written to be read, not to hide anything: the parts that cost you money — balance, refunds and what we do not promise — are the plainest ones here.
In effect since September 25, 2026. HypeDock operates the SMM panel at hypedocksmm.com. Registered operator details are available on request at [email protected].
1. What the service is
HypeDock is an SMM panel. You choose a service from our catalogue, give us a public link and a quantity, and we place that order with a third-party provider we select. We are a reseller and an intermediary: the delivery itself is performed by providers, and the social networks involved are not parties to this agreement and do not endorse us.
We never ask for the password of a social account, and we never need one. If anyone asks you for one in our name, it is not us. An order needs a public profile or post link and nothing more.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
- The details you register must be accurate, and the email must be one you control.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password to yourself.
3. Balance is prepaid credit
You load balance before ordering, and orders are charged against it. Three consequences worth knowing before you load anything:
- Balance is credit for services, not a deposit account. It earns no interest, and it cannot be withdrawn or transferred — there is no cash-out.
- Crypto payments are irreversible. Send only the asset and network we show you, to the address we show you. A transfer on the wrong network can be lost permanently, and we cannot recover it.
- When you pay through the hosted payment page, the processor adds its own commission to what you send, so the amount you asked to load is the amount credited.
If we credit an amount in error, or a payment is reversed by the rail it came on, we may correct your balance accordingly.
4. Prices
Prices are shown per 1,000 units in US dollars and are visible before you sign up, on our price list. The price shown when you confirm an order is the price charged for that order. Prices change as our costs change; a change never affects an order already placed.
5. Delivery, speed and quality
Start times and delivery speeds shown in the panel are expectations measured from past orders, not guarantees. Each service carries a published quality grade, and where the grade is low we say so before you buy rather than after.
We choose which provider fills your order using our own scoring of delivery evidence, guarantees, speed and price, and every service keeps backups. If a provider fails, your order can move to a backup without you doing anything.
6. Partial delivery, refunds and refills
- Partial delivery: if an order stops short, the share that never arrived is refunded to your balance, at the price you paid for it.
- Failed orders: if nothing is delivered, the whole charge returns to your balance.
- Refunds are balance credit, in line with section 3. They are not paid out in crypto or any other form of money.
- Refill: where a product states a refill window, ask us at [email protected] or through support in the panel within that window and we will request the refill from the provider. A refill is a top-up of a count that dropped, not a second order.
- Cancellation: an order can only be cancelled while the provider still allows it, which in practice means before delivery starts. Ask through support.
We do not refund because a platform later removed what was delivered, because results did not meet a commercial expectation, or because you ordered the wrong service or link. Check both before confirming.
7. What is on you
- The account or post you point us at must be yours, or you must be authorised to promote it.
- It must be public and reachable for the whole delivery. A profile set to private mid-order, a deleted post or a changed username breaks the delivery and is not refundable.
- You are responsible for complying with the rules of the platform you are promoting on. Some platforms restrict or prohibit the use of services like ours, and the consequences on your account are between you and them.
8. What we do not promise
We do not control the social networks, and we promise none of the following: that delivered counts stay, that a platform will not remove them, that your account will not be actioned by the platform, that you will reach monetisation or any commercial outcome, or that a service will remain available at the same price or at all. The service is provided as it is.
9. What you may not use us for
- Anything illegal, and in particular content sexualising minors, terrorism or incitement to violence.
- Promoting accounts or posts you have no right to promote, or impersonating someone.
- Fraud against a payment processor or a card issuer, including paying with funds that are not yours.
- Reselling our services while misrepresenting who is behind them, or reselling through automated abuse of our API beyond the limits we set.
10. Suspension and closing an account
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, or where a payment is disputed. We can also decline a specific order for the same reasons. If we close an account with balance left and the reason was not fraud, we will return the remaining balance on the rail it arrived on, minus costs already incurred, where the rail makes that possible.
You can stop using the panel at any time and ask us to close your account at [email protected].
11. API access
We issue API keys on request for resellers and integrations. Keys are personal to your account, rate limited, and may be revoked if they are abused. You are responsible for orders placed with your key.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost revenue, lost followers, platform penalties or reputational harm. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version and date at the top tell you which text you are reading, and we keep a record of the version you accepted when you registered. If a change materially affects what you pay or what you get, we will say so in the panel before it applies. Continuing to use the panel after a change means you accept the new version.
14. Contact
Support: [email protected] or the support section inside your account. Legal and privacy: [email protected]. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
